One of those days that I really didn’t want to train, distracted with work, etc. Went and did one more than I ‘had’ to, and turned out it was a PR (mostly because I have no records for 4 rep sets, but I’ll take it)

20 mins elliptical @ 150 bpm
My right foot really hurts, has for about a week or so, not sure what it is (no swelling, and I don’t recall injuring it), so cardio is a bit of a chore. It was also much harder to get my HR up and it took longer, and I felt like I could go for an hour if my feet didn’t hurt.
