30 minutes recumbant bike, 120 bpm or so.
Didn’t feel completely on today, the 365×2 is a PR only in that I have no PR for a double. I’m pretty sure I’ve tripled this weight before, but it’s not in my current records. Watever, I did more reps than prescribed, and I wasn’t pushing it. Likewise on the leg press, I’m just a little off today. I’ll repeat at this weight after a deload week, and if it still doesn’t go for 3×15, I’ll switch to 5×10 and keep going.
