The 325 felt heavy, but I think the main issue I’m having is conditioning, and my head.

Leg Press

HS Leg curl
3×8 @ 90

45 degree hyper superset with incline situp
2×8

Skipped cardio, I walked 2 miles this morning, then had to walk a mile to get my haircut due to Fells Point Festival.
