I think my PR triple is 335, I’ll easily beat that next week; didn’t want to push this given how long it’s been since I’ve done these or trained this way… using my head and being patient, the PRs will come.

Leg Press
5×10 @ 270

Dimmel Deadlift
2×10 @ 135

Situps
2×15

HS Standing Shrugs
3×15 @ 180

Got winded after the leg pressing, need to get back to doing some form of cardiac work.
