Long story short, I hurt my hand. I’m not sure if I broke a bone, or if it’s a sprain, or even just a nasty bruise. Did it early AM on Friday, and since then I’ve not been able to consider holding a barbell or dumbell.
I’m going to have it X-Rayed tomorrow morning, so I should know then how long it will be out of commission… I’m guessing the best case scenario (no break, no sprain, just a bad bruise) is a week.
That will mean a slight change in my plan for training; I’m going to immediately start working on conditioning. I’m going to make lemonade, I guess.
