A little off this week. I’m achy and my sleep has been screwed up, so I’m altering my plan a little.
Today, I just did some foam rolling, stretching and mobility.
Foam roll IT band
Foam roll adductors
Foam roll glutes
Rollovers in to V sits
Fire Hydrants
Mountain climbers
Static stretching glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors
Foam Roll upper back
Foam Roll lats
Shoulder capsule stretch
Static stretching chest and lats
Took about 20 minutes, felt great afterwards.
