I found my way back to the gym.  Still there.  Max Effort isn’t really what this was.  Took it really easy, but I’m still going to be pretty sore tomorrow.

Low Box Squat

Good Morning

3×5 @ 45

Lunge

2×5

45 degree Back Raise

2×8

Pull Down Abs

3×20 @ 100
