Felt pretty good today.  Fiddling with timing; while I prefer to train mid afternoon, that’s not going to work with my schedule.  Today, got up at 6:30, and hit the road at a little after 8.  Got stuck in traffic, trained from about 9-10, which puts me home a little later than I wanted.  Need to move a little quicker to get out of the house in the AM and I think it will work.
