Felt great today!

Bench Press

2×10 @ 45

8×3 @ 155, 3 grips, done in about 6 minutes.  Vid below

All sets nice and fast until I got to 255, which was decent, but not as fast as the 245.

4 Board Press

Goal here was to triple 245.  7 is better than that.

Pretty solid day.  This is the end of 3 training ‘weeks’ (I train using an 8 day week).  Other than the poor day on Monday, I’m pretty happy with where I am.  I haven’t had a solid 3 weeks of training for a long, long time.
