Hanging knee up

Prowler

Drag sled x 1 trip

Drag sled +90 x 2 trip

Push sled +90 (sprint) x 1 trip

Drag sled + 90 x 3 trip

(1 trip is up and back in a really long space, probably 200 feet total)
