After a little scheduling mishap, hit the gym a little late today, so missed the first half of the Ravens game.  Business>Training>Ravens.

8×3 @ 165, less than a minute between sets, multiple grips.

4 Board Press

Barbell Row

Plate Raise

3×15 @ 25

Fat Bar Curls

45×12

2×12 @ 65

Prowler

5 trips with 90 pounds.
