Started the experiment today, and felt pretty darn good, even did some extra deadlifts.

240×5 (I misloaded, this was supposed to be 215, but I was looking at the wrong page in my log)

All of these felt great.

Press

140×5 (again, a misload, should have been 130)

Deadlift
